Personalized Behavior Change Coaching

As a Health Coach at Noom, I designed customized learning schedules for clients using pre-existing educational materials, tailoring their experience to support long-term behavior change. By combining behavioral psychology principles, habit formation strategies, and personalized coaching, I helped clients develop sustainable health habits and achieve their weight management goals.

Problem Statement

Many individuals struggle with sustaining healthy habits due to lack of structure, motivation, and accountability—not necessarily due to lack of information. My role was to bridge this gap by structuring individualized learning schedules, providing tailored coaching support, and helping clients apply Noom’s educational resources in a way that worked for their unique lifestyles.
